I help active people get out of pain and stay out of it.

I’m a remedial massage therapist and personal trainer based in Brisbane. I work with people who want more than short-term relief and are ready to understand what’s actually driving their pain.

If you’ve tried massage before and felt good for a few days, only to end up back in the same spot, you’re not alone. Most pain isn’t about one tight muscle. It’s about how your body moves, loads, and recovers over time.

My approach is assessment-led, practical, and focused on long-term results, not dependency.

How it all started

I came to fitness later than most. At 26, after dealing with ongoing health issues, my GP suggested I join a gym. At the time, fitness felt intimidating and not built for bodies like mine.

But once I started training, something shifted. I became fascinated by what the body is capable of when it’s supported properly.

I began boxing and eventually competed in Italy, where I saw first-hand how resilience, strength, and recovery all work together. That experience changed how I saw movement and pain forever.

How it progressed

At 30, I moved to Australia with no real plan other than to keep training and see where life took me.

I became a personal trainer and boxing coach, working closely with people who wanted to feel stronger and more capable in their bodies. But I kept noticing the same pattern. People were getting injured doing everyday things. Shoes, stairs, training sessions that shouldn’t have caused pain.

I realised strength alone wasn’t enough. People needed better understanding, better movement, and better recovery.

That’s what led me into remedial massage therapy.

How it’s going now

Today, I run my own clinic and work with active people, athletes, and everyday movers who want to feel confident in their bodies again.

By combining my background in strength training with clinical remedial massage, I help clients address the root cause of pain, not just the symptom.

Whether you’re training hard, rehabbing an injury, or simply tired of feeling tight and restricted, treatment is always tailored to what your body actually needs.
