After the treatment, I will demonstrate and supervise tailored exercises and/or mobility drills to help you moving better long term and walk away with the confidence and knowledge of what steps to take after treatment. Absolutely! I’m registered with the Myotherapy and Massage Association, as well as all major health funds.
After your treatment, I’ll email you an invoice which you can use to claim your rebate directly with your private health insurer. Just a heads-up—you’ll only receive a rebate if Remedial Massage is included in your extras cover.
If you're unsure, it's best to check with your health fund before booking. Most funds process claims within 24 hours, and the process is usually pretty straightforward.

A deposit is required to secure your booking for a few important reasons, especially when working with a solo practitioner like myself:
Time is Limited – As a solo remedial massage therapist, I work one-on-one with clients, which means I can only take a limited number of appointments each day. A deposit helps ensure that time is respected and used efficiently.
Preparation & Commitment – Each session is tailored to your needs, and I invest time preparing before you even walk through the door. A deposit shows mutual commitment to the appointment.
Minimising No-Shows – Last-minute cancellations or no-shows can significantly impact small businesses. A deposit helps reduce these occurrences and allows me to support more clients consistently.
Fairness to Others – Your deposit helps keep the schedule running smoothly so others waiting for an appointment have a fair chance to book in.
Thank you for understanding and supporting a small, client-focused practice!
